What is a wm.com profile?
A wm.com profile is your online account that allows you to access billing and service features for your Waste Management accounts. For detailed instructions on how to register for a wm.com profile, please visit the How to Register help page. You will need your Customer ID and billing zip code to enroll. You can find your Customer ID on your invoice. For more detailed instructions, please visit the How to Find My Customer ID help page.
This feature is available to customers who pay Waste Management directly for service. If you pay for service through a Homeowners Association (HOA), city, or other third party directly, please visit your community website or Contact Us for more information.
Where can I find my Customer ID?

Why should I register for a wm.com account?
Registering on wm.com provides you with convenient access to your account(s). You will be able to view your invoice, make payments, check the status of your scheduled service, and manage account information. How do I register from my smartphone?
You can register on your smartphone by visiting the wm.com mobile website or downloading the WM Mobile App. To register on wm.com from your smartphone, click the Login icon in the top right corner of the page. What if I don’t link any accounts?
In order to view account information, you must first link the account to your wm.com profile. Without linking an account, you will not be able to see billing or service information on your My Account page. You will still be able to update your profile information such as your email address, password, and security questions.
