If you submit an empty and return request on your account online, you can view the status of your request by following these steps:
- Log into your wm.com account
- Scroll to the My Roll Off Service Requests section to view past requests
Some things to know:
- Roll Off Requests for up to 30 days in the past are shown on this page. For information on requests older than 30 days, please Contact Us.
- On this page you can also edit or cancel active roll off requests up to 24 hours prior to the service date. After that, the edit and cancel options are not available.
