Request Empty and Return
To schedule a pickup request for your roll off dumpster:
- Log in to the WM Mobile App
- Go to Request Roll Off Pickup
- If you have multiple accounts, select the account you’d like to schedule a pickup for
- If you have multiple dumpsters, select the dumpster you’d like to make a pickup request for
- Enter your requested service date and contact details, then select Continue. After you submit a request, this information will be pre-filled for you on each new request
- Verify your pickup information on the next screen, then select Submit or Cancel if you need to edit your request
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been submitted. If you have questions about your order, please Contact Us.
Customers with hazardous waste or special/profiled wastes may require validation of profile expiration date and permit applicability. This may impact the prompt removal of your materials within the 24-hour window.
Note: If you do not see "Request Roll Off Pickup" on the app home screen, please verify if your roll off dumpster service account is linked to your WM.com profile. If it is not, please see Getting Started to link your account. If you verify the correct account is linked, but still do not see this option, you may not be eligible for this service. If this is the case, please submit an extra pickup request instead by choosing Request Services and then Extra Pickup from the home screen.
View Roll Off History
To view pickup requests for your roll off dumpsters:
- Log in to the WM Mobile App
- Go to the Manage Roll Off Request section of the WM Mobile App under My Services
- If you have multiple dumpsters, select the dumpster you’d like to view
- You can view all submissions along with the status for the dumpster you selected. To view details, select one of the submissions
Note: If you do not see this option under My Services it means you have not made any roll off requests on wm.com or through the WM Mobile App within the last 35 days.
Edit or Cancel Pickup Requests
To edit or cancel pickup requests for your roll off dumpsters:
- Log in to the WM Mobile App
- Go to the Manage Roll Off Request section of the WM Mobile App under My Services
- If you have multiple dumpsters, select the dumpster you’d like to view
- Select Edit Request and then edit the details you would like to change. When you’re finished, select Continue
- Verify your pickup information on the next screen, then select Submit or Cancel if you need to edit your request
- To cancel, select Cancel Request and confirm
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your edits or cancel request. If you have questions about your order, please Contact Us.
Note: You may only edit or cancel roll off requests up to 24 hours prior to the service date. After that, the edit and cancel options will be unavailable.
