What’s the due date for my Waste Management invoice?
Invoices are due as stated on the first page of your invoice.
Why does my invoice change each month?
There are several things that may contribute to changes on your monthly invoice, such as increases or adjustments allowed under a customer’s service agreement/service summary, additional services, extra pickups or a payment amount received for less than the full previous invoice balance.
How long are invoices available in My Account?
Invoices will remain in My Account for a rolling 12-month period. You will have the ability to view and download invoices in a PDF file format from the Recent Bills and Payments page regardless of the payment status.
How do I request a duplicate copy of an invoice?
You can view current and past invoices in My Account by accessing the Recent Bills and Payments page. Your previous invoices are stored within My Account for 12 months. If you need a copy of an invoice that is older than 12 months, please Contact Us.
