What do I do if my service was not picked up?
If your pickup falls on or near a holiday, please check your Holiday Schedule. You can also check the Service Alerts in your Area for any unexpected interruptions to your service or check your ETA to see if your pickup time is expected later in the day. If you feel there was a missed pickup, please Contact Us.
I don’t see our local holiday listed on wm.com as an observed holiday. Will my services be impacted?
If there is any service impact due to a local holiday observed by Waste Management, this will be listed on the Holiday Schedule page when you log in or enter your zip code.
