If you submit an empty and return request on your account online or through the WM Mobile App, you can update or cancel your request by following these steps:
- Log into your wm.com account
- Scroll to the My Roll Off Service Requests section
- Click Edit or Cancel next to the relevant request
Some things to know:
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your edit or cancel request. If you have questions about your order, Contact Us.
- You can only edit or cancel roll-off requests up to 24 hours prior to the service date. After that, the edit and cancel options are not available.
