To cancel your automatic payment enrollment at any time, follow these steps:
- Log in to the My WM Dashboard
- Click Manage next to Autopay
- Click Stop Automatic Payments
- Click Yes, Stop Automatic Payment to confirm your selection
If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, you will need to cancel each enrollment for each account separately. If you are enrolled in Paperless Billing and Automatic Payments, canceling paperless billing may result in a $5 administrative charge being added to your future invoices.
