Do you need to cancel an automatic payment?
If you are already enrolled in automatic payments, a payment is scheduled for the 20th day after your invoice is generated (in the US) or the 21st of the month (in Canada). You have until 11:59 PM CST the day before to cancel the scheduled payment.
To cancel a payment:
- Log in to the My WM Dashboard
- Click View Bills and Payments
- Click the Payment History tab
- Look for the payment with a status of "Scheduled" and click Scheduled
- Click Stop Payment
If you have multiple payments that need to be canceled, each must be done separately.
