Find Balance or Payment History for my Account
To find your account balance online, follow the steps below:
- Go to wmcanada.com.
- Hover over My WM located at the right side of the menu bar, and click My Payment.
- Enter your Customer ID and Billing Postal Code, and click Continue.
- Your Total Account Balance will be displayed underneath Payment Information.
