What is a My WM.com Profile?
A My WM.com profile is your online account that allows you to access billing and service features for your Waste Management accounts. To enroll, please go to the My WM login. You will need your Customer ID and billing postal code to enroll. You can find your Customer ID on your invoice. For more detailed instructions, please see the ‘What Is Customer ID’ help page.

Why should I register for a My WM.com account?
Registering for a My WM.com account provides you with convenient access to your account(s). You'll be able to make payments, save payment methods, and check to see the status of your service. How do I register from my smartphone?
You can register on your smartphone by visiting wmcanada.com. Underneath the Get Me Started button is a link to Sign Up for a My WM.com profile.
What if I don’t link any accounts?
In order to view account information, you must first link the account to your wmcanada.com profile. Without linking an account, you will not be able to see the My WM Dashboard or any billing or service information.
