Ensure you’re notified the moment your invoice is ready by enrolling in paperless billing.
- Log In to your My WM Account
- From the My WM Dashboard Click Billing Overview button
- Click Enroll on Paperless
- Read the Paperless Billing Terms and Conditions
- Click Enroll
Your Customer ID is now enrolled in Paperless Billing. If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, you will need to enroll each account separately. *If you enroll in both Paperless and Autopay billing options you may be eligible to avoid administrative charges.
Note: Paperless billing may not be available if you are a landfill customer. For questions regarding paperless billing for landfills, please Contact Us. *Eligibility Requirements for Waiver of Administrative Charge - Waste Management assesses an administrative charge (which is currently $6.50) for each paper invoice; however, not all customers have or will be assessed this charge. Customers who are being assessed the administrative charge can enroll in automatic bill payments and paperless billing to receive a waiver of the administrative charge, if any, on each invoice while they remain enrolled in automatic bill payments and paperless billing. If your contractual terms have not yet been revised to include the administrative charge, enrollment in automatic bill paying and paperless billing will ensure that you will not be assessed the administrative charge for receipt of paper invoices in the future.
