If your pickup falls on or near a holiday, please check your Holiday Schedule.
If you feel there was a missed pickup, please ensure there are no objects blocking the dumpster:
- Log In to your My WM account
- From the My WM Dashboard, Click Manage My Services
- Select the Service you want to manage
- Under What Can I Request Click Report Missed Pickup
- Select Chat if available or Email Us by selecting Submit a Request
- Fill out all fields on form
- Click Submit
You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your request.
