Holidays may affect your regular pickup schedules. If your service day falls on or after a Waste Management observed holiday, your pickup may occur prior to your regularly scheduled service day or delayed up to 48 hours during the holiday week.
Holiday schedules are typically available 14 days prior to the holiday. If your next pickup falls on a holiday, please check for a possible change to your service day or time:
- Go to wm.com
- Click My WM located at the top-right corner
- Click Continue as a Guest
- Click My Services
- Locate your services by one of the following:
- Service address
- Service email
- Service phone number
- Customer ID
- View your holiday schedule up to 14 days in advance
