My WM is your online profile should you chose to create one. By registering for an online profile, you can access all your service information online anytime, from anywhere on any device.
Your My WM online profile is comprised of the following My WM dashboard sections:
This section displays your total current balance or amount due and will allow you to make a payment, look at your billing overview, and check any payments you may have scheduled.
This section allows you to manage services such as requesting a service pickup, container repair, relocation or removal. You can also review all your requested pickups and view your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), and holiday schedule.
This section provides you with the power to manage your account nicknames, link or unlink accounts, and enroll or unenroll in Paperless and Autopay billing options. You can also view order history and set your notification preferences. Note: Some accounts may be ineligible for Paperless or Autopay.
My Online Profile
This section gives you the ability to update your online profile name, login email, and password. It also makes managing your payments easier by allowing you to add, edit or delete various payment methods.
