How do I change my billing or service contact information?
To change your billing or service name, email or phone numbers, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your My WM account
- Click Set Notifications
- Enter your Customer ID and billing Postal Code
- Click Verify, your My Preferences page will display
- Click on the pencil icon next to the Contact Info card
- Update your information and click Save
Your updated changes will appear.
