To view an Empty and Return request:
- Go to My WM
- From My WM Dashboard
- Go to My Services
- Select View All Empty & Returns
You can view past, current and future requests made online.
Things to know:
•Roll-off requests for up to 30 days in the past are shown on My WM. For information on requests older than 30 days, please Contact Us.
•You can edit or cancel active roll-off requests up to 24 hours prior to the service date.
Note that this type of request is for commercial customers only.
