For Commercial Services, Contact Us to review your pickup schedule. When you sign up for your My WM account and create your online profile, going forward you will be able to easily and directly access and confirm all your service information conveniently anytime from any device.

When you place the right materials in the right container, it benefits you and your community and protects the environment. When you place the wrong materials in a container, it can harm the environment, injure workers and result in additional charges to your account.
Doing just these three things will make a huge difference:
- Recycle all empty bottles, cans, and paper
- Keep food and liquids out of your recycling
- Keep plastic bags out of your recycling
Note: Since our employees begin pickup services early in the day, please place your container out by 5 a.m. on your service day or the night before. Please also keep your container accessible, since parked vehicles or other obstacles may prevent us from servicing your container. Waste Management can refuse to pick up containers containing unacceptable recyclable materials, and you may incur a contamination charge.
