View steps to end paperless invoices and start receiving invoices by regular mail.
To stop receiving paperless invoices, follow these steps:
- Log in to your My WM account
- Click on Manage next to Paperless
- Click on Stop Paperless Billing
- Click Yes, Stop Paperless Billing to confirm your selection
If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, you will need to unenroll each account separately. If you are enrolled in Paperless Billing and Automatic Payments, canceling paperless billing may result in an administrative charge being added to your future invoices.
