Follow these steps to update the email address for paperless billing at any time.
Paperless invoices are sent to the email address associated with your online profile. If you would prefer your invoice be sent elsewhere, you can update this address online at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to the My WM Dashboard
- Click on Update Online Profile
- Click on Edit next to your current profile email
- Enter your new email address and click Update

Updating your profile email will not only impact where your invoices are sent, but also the primary email address attached to your My WM online profile. All accounts with paperless billing turned on will receive paperless invoices linked to your profile email.
