To Unenroll in AutoPay:
- Log In to your My WM Account
- From the My WM Dashboard under Manage Accounts > Click AutoPay
- Under the AutoPay column, Click Manage for the account you want to unenroll
- Select Stop Automatic Payments
- Click Yes, Unenroll From AutoPay
You will see a confirmation page verifying you are no longer enrolled in AutoPay for that account. If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, you can unenroll each account separately or all at once.
To Cancel a Scheduled Payment after canceling Autopay:
- Log In to your My WM Account
- From the My WM Dashboard under My Billing; Click Scheduled Payments
- Select the Service Location/Nickname that you want to stop scheduled payments on
- Select Stop Payment
- Click Yes, Cancel Payment
You will see a confirmation page verifying your payment has been cancelled for that account.
