Customers can unenroll in AutoPay as easily as they enrolled.
To unenroll in AutoPay...
- Log In to your My WM Account
- From the My WM Dashboard under Manage Accounts > AutoPay; Click Manage
- Under the AutoPay column, Click Manage for the account you want to unenroll
- Select Stop Automatic Payments
- Click Yes, Unenroll From AutoPay
You will see a confirmation page verifying you are no longer enrolled in AutoPay for that account. If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, you will need to unenroll each account separately.
